How to Return an Item
If there is any issue with the product you receive, such as damage, a wrong item, or any other problem, please contact us immediately after receiving the package.
While contacting us, please share photos and videos of the issue so we can assess the situation and resolve it quickly.

Return Conditions
✅ The item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
✅ Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is required to process the return.

Refund Policy
Once the issue is verified and the item is returned, your refund will be processed within 1 week (7 days) to the original payment method.
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes
❌ Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.
❌ Photos and videos of the damaged or incorrect item are required to process the return.
❌ Returns and refunds will only be processed after the issue is confirmed.
